Return and refund
Our grow condition
All the plants are offered in a well rooted condition. Usually, seedlings grow in moss; Small plants grow in moss or mixed soil with suitable humidity to stimulate the optimal growing environment.
We strive to ensure that all our products arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:
In Case of Shipping Damage
- Reporting Damage:
- If you find damages or issues with your products upon arrival due to transport, please contact us within two days.
- Provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged items to help us assess the situation.
- For plants, some old leaves may get some small damages or yellow due to the import process and its nature. We can not refund the plants due to this reason.
- Damage Inspection and Resolution:
- We will inspect the condition of the products and get back to you with a suitable refund solution. Please be aware that the returned plants need to be in their original condition. Any changes to the soil or plants will be not eligible for return and refund.
- Please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from failed delivery attempts or rescheduled delivery dates causing delays.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned products and complete our inspection, we will inform you if your refund request is approved.
- The refund process will be completed within two weeks after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return
- The standard cooling-off period is 14 days. Return of our products is eligible if the original condition of the plants (soil, part of the plants) is unchanged, and accessories should be in the same condition as we sold them.
- Once we receive the returned products, the refund process will be started immediately the same as above statement and will take up to no more than ten business days, weekends and holidays excluded.
